Associations activate disaster plans for Hurricane Florence

While the hurricane-force winds have died down and the flooding waters are finally receding, associations are doing their part to help recovering communities in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence. The storm trundled through communities in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia beginning on Sept. 10, killing more than 40 people and dumping up to two feet of rain.
